Take junction 10 A329M to Reading. Leave at the next exit follow signs to "A329 Wokingham", at traffic lights turn left onto A329 (Reading Road). After I mile, turn left at the traffic lights (Winnersh crossroad)  into Robin Hood Lane. After 1.25 miles turn left into Sandford Lane. Black Swan Sailing Club is about 300 yards on left.
